Honey, dried grasses, marzipan, and white pepper on the nose, with hints of grated chocolate, candied citrus, and red apple. A mouth-coating texture reveals flavors of vanilla, honey, sweet fruits, grapefruit peel, green apple, and green melon, bringing barley sugar to the fore, then butterscotch sauce, mandarin, and nougat, with pepper at the fringes.
