Tasting Notes
- Nose (Aroma): Bold and richly sherried with layers of BBQ smoke, black pepper, raisin syrup, orange marmalade, and polished oak, balanced by hints of coastal brine.
- Palate (Taste): Luxuriant and full-bodied, featuring fig jam, treacle toffee, and sweet malt. Countered with clove‑spiced chocolate, herbal liquorice root, and refreshing citrus lift, all framed by a backdrop of toasted oak and gentle peat.
