It’s matured in both Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, marrying the distillery’s signature rich sherry profile with gentle smoke. Bottled at 48.4% ABV, it’s unchill-filtered with natural color.

Tasting Note

Nose: Smoky warmth with notes of heather, charcoal, cinnamon toffee, flamed orange, and caramelized walnut brittle, alongside star anise and stewed fruit layers.

Palate: Stewed fruit sweetness—cooked apples, raisins, honeyed nuts—with delicate peat and earthy oak.

Finish: Dark berries, smoked liquorice, cocoa, a hint of ginger.
