Aged for 21 years, each drop of this vintage amber liquid has been carefully matured in superior Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso casks, sourced from Spain. The result is a harmonious blend of five Sherry puncheons and hogsheads, offering a multi-layered drinking experience.
On the palate, Batch 5 presents an abundance of rich flavors, from fruitcake and ripe cherries to warming mocha. Bottled at its natural cask strength of 49.2%, this whisky is unfiltered and free of added color, ensuring the true character of the spirit shines through.

Nose: A delightful blend of brandied honeycomb, molasses tart, and spiced blood orange, with notes of cocoa, black winter truffle, and caramelized brown sugar.
