lément Bana Canne Liqueur (375 mL) is a bright and naturally crafted banana liqueur from Rhum Clément in Martinique. Made from bananas grown on-site at Habitation Clément, the banana extract is macerated in unaged agricole rhum and sweetened with cane syrup.
It’s bottled at 25% ABV, delivering a balanced profile that’s fruity, tropical, and lightly vegetal.
This liqueur was developed in collaboration with Kadalys, a biotech / skincare company, using a low-energy “eco-extraction” technique to minimize waste from surplus bananas.
Ideal for creating Banana Spritz cocktails, tropical daiquiris, or simply serving over ice as a fruity aperitif.
Tasting Notes
Nose:
- Ripe banana (Cavendish) and a hint of star anise / aniseed.
- Fresh, leafy vegetal tones and a subtle green banana skin aroma.
Palate:
- Soft and smooth banana pulp character, with cane syrup sweetness and a creamy banana texture.
- Light vegetal undertone, slightly grassy or herbal from the agricole rum base.
Finish:
- Clean and persistent, with banana lingering and a gentle vegetal freshness.
