• An ultra-premium, limited-edition Extra Añejo tequila from 123 Organic.
• Made from 100% blue Weber agave, grown on a single estate at about 6,000 ft in mineral-rich red volcanic soils of Jalisco, Mexico.

Aging / Finish

• Aged for no less than 7 years in Limousin French oak barrels.
• Finished an additional six months in French Limousin barrels that previously held Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.

ABV / Proof & Availability

• 40% ABV (80 proof).
• Very limited release: only about 2,000 bottles produced.

Tasting Notes

Nose (Aroma):

• Rich vanilla tones with hints of warm baking spices.
• Subtle notes of cooked agave, oak, and possibly dried fruits or cherry from the wine-barrel finish.

Palate (Taste):

• A full, silky texture.
• Flavors of roasted/caramelized agave, vanilla, warm spices, with a touch of dark fruit and oak.
• The Cabernet Sauvignon finish adds layers of winey dark fruit, perhaps cherries, and a bit of tannin influence.

Finish:

• Long, smooth finish.
• Lingering vanilla, oak, and spice, with a subtle wine-influenced dryness or tannic bite.
