Remarkably smooth. The same body of Don Vicente Blanco rested in American White Oak Bourbon barrels for less than a year.
The aging adds a complexity of aromas and flavors. The Blue Weber Agave is still very present, with hints of vanilla, caramel, and butter.
A rich and buttery mouthfeel.
