Tasting Note

• Nose / Aromas: Molasses, dark brown sugar, vanilla bean, cocoa and dark honey — with hints of island-spice (nutmeg, clove, cinnamon), and sometimes dried fruit or a faint “tea-leaf / steeped tea” dryness.
• Palate / Flavor: Rich molasses backbone, brown sugar syrup, vanilla pudding / vanilla-extract quality, milk or dark chocolate, sometimes dried fruit (raisins, dates, apricots), toffee/English-toffee, with spice and a moderate hint of oak or barrel-wood influence.
• Finish: Medium-sweet, slightly bitter or dry — molasses, vanilla, oak, brown sugar and residual spice or chocolate bitterness.
