Tequila Ocho Extra Añejo La Cañada 2022 is a rare, single‑estate extra añejo tequila made from 100% estate‑grown blue Weber agave harvested exclusively from the La Cañada ranch in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. This vintage‑specific expression reflects the unique terroir of its field — altitude, soil, and climate — preserved through traditional slow cooking, natural fermentation, and careful distillation. After distillation, it is aged patiently in American oak barrels, allowing rich complexity to develop while retaining the vibrant essence of the agave.
